Raventos y Rosell

Family owned estate of more than one hundred hectors located south of Barcelona, in the D.O. Penedès Region. Protected by the beautiful Montserrat Mountains, some of the original vineyards date back to the seventeenth century. Raventós-Rosell markets five Cavas including their famous limited edition Gradiva, of which less than 6500 bottles are produced. Additionally, over a dozen varieties of both red and white wine are currently available from Joan Raventós Rosell under the name Heretat Vall-Ventós. His lovely wife personally creates both the attractive bottles and label designs. Besides having fabulous wines, the bottles and labels are themselves a conversation piece.
