Wine characteristicsWhite wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. After a light pressing to obtain the best floral characteristics the must ferments in new French Allier oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 15°C. After fermentation the wine remains in the oak barrels for 3 months.

Nose presents fruity notes of mango and papaya along with characteristics of barrel aging, vanilla and coconut. Full and balanced in the mouth together with a persistent finish.
