Red with the Rueda designation of origin.
Controlled fermentation at 28º in stainless steel vats. This wine ages for three months in Bordeaux casks.
Cherry red colour with violet undertones on the edge of the glass. On the nose it offers the aromas of red fruits from the Tempranillo variety mixed with the fine aromas of the roast of the oak. In the mouth, it is smooth, round, velvety. Elegant retronasal sensations of fruit and oak.
Especially recommended for aperitifs, and everyday meals.
Serve between 12º and 14º.
